How long do I have access?

Do I need equipment?
No, everything is designed to be simple and accessible.

What if I have physical limitations?
Most exercises can be adapted, and you can ask Katja & Kaisa for tips in the Facebook group.

I don’t use Facebook — is that a problem?
Not at all! You’ll still get all exercises and bonus materials.

I’m already a Yogaia member — is this worth it?
Yes! You’ll get new tools and expert support for brain health, plus Yogaia classes are a great complement.

How do I pay with the exercise benefit (Finland)?

If you pay with an electronic exercise benefit:
  • Log in to the site/application of the exercise benefit provider, search for Yogaia as the service provider and pay the program price (9.99€).
  • Send the receipt to info@yogaia.com and inform us with which email address you registered with Yogaia (if you have done that already).
  • You will receive a notification by email when we have activated your program.
If you pay with exercise vouchers:
  • Print and fill out the exercise voucher form and deliver it with the exercise vouchers (note: the exercise vouchers must cover the full price) to Yogaia Oy, Westendintie 1 B, Espoo.
